Delivery

Given the unique nature of our products, we cannot provide a fixed delivery price for all items. However, we have simplified the process as much as possible.

There are five UK delivery options, detailed below. Please refer to the instructions on each product listing for guidance.

We also offer worldwide shipping and are happy to provide a tailored delivery quote. No matter the size or destination, we can arrange shipping for all our products globally.

Sustainability

In our efforts to minimize waste, we use as much reclaimed packaging as possible, supplied by our friends and neighbors. While our parcels may not look the prettiest, we take pride in reducing single-use packaging waste. We encourage you to reuse, recycle, or compost the packaging materials when you receive your order.

No-Quibble Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a no-quibble return policy.

• Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.

• Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned in their original packaging.

• In a condition suitable for resale.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds will not include the original postage and packing fees.
